You are really funny people: having a full blown capitalist neo-liberal system, a reactionary utopia without real taxes and a scary Austrian caudillo you are blubbering about marxists in Sacramento and communism and it’s all their fault ;-)))
Heh, marxism has nothing to do with tree-huggers smoking dope…..it’s an economic policy you have NO idea of.
You are facing a typical capitalist crisis and it won’t get better when you are using the slave-laborers YOU NEED as a scapegoat.
Conservative Republicans are always calling for limited taxes. California is what happens when governments have limited tax income and no fiscal restraint…Conservative Republicans should consider it a conservative ideological utopia (but of course, they will find a way to blame this train wreck on others).
You can’t put all of the blame on Arnold. Most of the blame can be placed directly on the shoulders of the progressive liberal legislative branch, the progressive lobby and the unions.

I’ve always thought that government job is actually another form of welfare. Hence, furlough = welfare cut. But you’re saying they’re not really the same?
keep in mind because of the hard economic times if they had a choice they would go home but the idea of comming up with $4500 bucks for the trip and to get smuggled back in is a good reason to stay in the US hoping that things will pick up! wake up folks! Mexico loves it the way it is !!! U cant watch for drugs and other stuff if you buisy watching everything else! keep it out of the middle of the desert, let it be at the border crossings!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
the Federal Gov’s policys must change first..make the illeagle’s pay a $2500 deposit for a work visa let them come and go w/ no leagle status for ther kids, but then you can finger print and DNA and Monitor, Let them post a100.000 bond for a green colored DL W/ no voteing, let them pay a monthly workers service fee to cover the burden! why fight it run it like a buisness! $55.00 month X 8 mill + 2500x 8mill deposit in an acct’s self supporting! quit blameing the wetbacks! it’s the Feds
There is no problem with giving healthcare to people who need it in an emergency, but California has problems with spending. To much Green projects, Welfare spending, illegal immigrants in prison, and a whole list of others. Healthcare alone is not to blame, and you have to understand you can’t spend more than your tax revenues…what has happend there is going to happen in D.C. wait and see California is going to a model of the whole USA economic system.
i totally agree with you…but on top of that california is all around a welfare state. but instead of cutting off welfare lets cut the people that actually work and pay taxes like me, thanks arnold for the 3rd furlough day!!!
The only way to solve california budget crisis is to make it impossible for small businesses to exist. Tax the rich to the point that it’ll wipe them out and withhold water from farmers so the agriculture will stop on its tract. Increase sale taxes.
Hopefully CA will go bankrupt, it is the only way this state will make the changes it needs.
The main issues CA needs to address is:
>public services to illegals
>CA politicians giving themselves massive pay increases
>Very anti-business policies - several polls of senior business execs rank CA dead last
>High taxes
>Shortage of qualified employees

16how do you solve the crisis???
Deport all illegal aliens. Stop giving illegal aliens free benefits and free healthcare.
California wouldn’t be in the mess it’s in if the illegals didn’t come here since 23 years ago.

20The problem is that there has never been a budget cut in California history. Only a slow down in the increase.
If you pay people like Octo mom to pump out babies what do you expect
