   @vawt: i m only tell you what `They` said Dill-weed, not that i promoted it.when i said i m not concerned wit numbers, i meant, we are all pass that now.they want us to get caught up with .1% and .2% etc…..the economy is fucked ,we all know that.

   besides 20,000 every month for the next 2 years would only be 480,000 jobs when we lost 8.4 million jobs in the last 25 months

   Why isn’t anyone on this thread calling the President a liar? Imagine the Bush Administration running this smack. Everyone is so careful not to mention or hold the great messiah responsible. President Obama is a very intelligent man. He knows these numbers are false. Besides the political implication, what is his motive? Is he as great as you lefties thought he would be? My opinion is that he is impotent and has the media in his back pocket. Electing Obama over a TORTURED WAR HERO. Shame !

   not so concerned with the numbers,but the same people told me that there needs to be +20,000 jobs created every month for the economy to grow.those green jobs are going to take some time,and wont be a easy fix-all to the state of the current economy

   Are you for real? What about kids up to 16 ? It is another 1/3 of the population. Only 100 million are capable to work , not 200 million. The lie is bigger than you imagine.

   There are two components that you need to implement into your formula if you are to understand insanity economics. 1 variable and 1 constant.
   1.) Variable (BS) = Politians often lie
   2.) Constant (IE) = Idiotic economists that do not understand the fundamentals of math.
   Example of (BS) “the fundamentals of our economy are sound”.
   Example of (IE) “We are experiencing a steady 3% growth”. 3% growth is not “steady” if it is year over year. That is exponential growth if you understand math.

    Anyone with 2 brain cells to rub together can see the inconsistency with the statement “Jobs continue to be lost, unemployment rate drops”. Obviously, the method they use to report unemployment is subject to massive disclaimers. Don’t hold your breath for any recovery.
    People say 2008 Beijing Olympics was China’s coming out party. Well the 2010 Vancouver Olympics must be the curtain call for the Western world.

    When you type in “unemployment” in the You Tube search engine this video is not a hit. Interesting how the only real video asking the hard question and it it is buried. You have to type 9.7 to get a hit. Interesting isn’t it?

    I can see by your age you do not remember how the Soviet Union operated with their state controlled media. This is exactly how I remembered it. It is happening. I never thought they “lefties” could pull it off. I always thought all the talk about communist and socialist indoctrination in the schools and colleges was bologna. It turns out it is true.     9.7 unemployment rate, 5.7 GDP. What a bunch of lies. News one day reports home sales up, then they report home sales unexpectedly decline. No wonder the sales of prozac are up.
